Step 1    Complete the application form below.

Step 2    Pay your membership fee.  If paying by cheque please send your remittance to us at our contact address.  Alternatively payment may be made in cash directly to any committee member at any Burgundy Friends event.

Step 3    Register your user details via the log in facility on the home page (choose your user name and password).

IMPORTANT NOTE - Activation of your log in is NOT AUTOMATIC.  All applications are subject to approval and are only deemed complete on receipt of a fully completed application form and remittance of the appropriate fee.

Fees

A annual membership fee is set by the committee and ratified by the members at the next AGM (held in January).

One membership fee covers one family unit.  NB only one membership card is issued per family unit.

The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December.

New members are welcome to join part way through a calendar year on payment of the appropriate pro-rata fee.  2 euros per month x number of remaining months e.g. join in May and pay 8 x 2 euros therefore 16 euros.

Membership renewal fees are payable by 1st January and are valid for the full calendar year.  Late payment will mean you are no longer eligible to attend events and your website access will be suspended pending receipt of your fee.

We are able to accept payment by cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Burgundy Friends. Unfortunately we are not able to accept card payments currently.
