Annual General Meeting of Burgundy Friends
The Committee of Burgundy Friends are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on 16th February, 2008 at Au P’tit Kir, St Leger sur Dheune.
The meeting will commence at 10.00 am prompt. On the same day, the February Rendez-Vous will follow the AGM.
We hope that this will encourage a greater number of members to attend and by holding the AGM as close as we can to the February Half Term break, give our non-resident members the opportunity to participate.
The proposed running order for the event will be as follows:
10.00 AGM
10.30 Rendez Vous
12.00 Lunch

. Subject to numbers, we can then decide on the luncheon format; either a sit down or buffet. The latter will allow us to cater for a slightly greater number. Once we have this information we can then advise members on a menu and price.
With regards to attendance at the AGM. The AGM is open only to subscribing members of the Association. We ask that all members wishing to attend the AGM present their membership cards. If you have lost or mislaid your card we can provide you with a replacement on the day. If you wish to attend and do not have a membership card, please contact our Membership Secretary at

so that we can prepare a new card for you in advance of the meeting date and that the AGM can start at 10.00 prompt.
We shall, in the next few days, issue a copy of the Agenda, President’s Report, Accounts and a list of candidates for election to the Committee.
