Extraordinary General Meeting

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The EGM of Burgundy Friends will take place as follows for date, time and location-

Date- 27th October, 2008

Time- 16.00 Hrs

Venue- Au P'tit Kir, St Leger sur Dheune

AGENDA

1) Appointment of a convenor for the meeting

2) A Resolution- 'The Association known as Burgundy Friends be continued".

3) That nominees submitted to the Association for appointment to the Committee of the Association be duly elected to fill the following positions as a minimum-

- President

- Secretary

- Treasurer

- Membership Secretary

- 1 other Committee member

4) Any other matter to be considered by the meeting must be submitted and seconded no later than 17.00 Hrs on Friday 24th October, 2008 and that for inclusion at the meeting both proposer and seconder be present at the EGM

5) Closure of the meeting

NOTE-

Attendance and participation at the meeting is open to current subscribing members

Nominations and seconding of proposed Committee Members will only be accepted from current subscribing members

Items for inclusion for 4) of the Agenda can only be submitted by current subscribing memebrs
