Having had a big disappointment last autumn, we're now almost home-owners in the Burgundy (what an effort!). Fingers and toes crossed, of course, the Acte de Vente yet to be signed. Having set up a bank account and organised insurance, we just need some practical advice on when and how we organise the electricity and water connection, and how to ensure nothing is cut off at the house before we organise it. We're not using an agent (private sale) and the current owners unable to assist. We'd appreciate any help.
