With the recent fire in the Channel Tunnel, the Shuttle is operating a very limited service- Once every two hours.

If you try to book online, they are not taking anything for travel prior to October 5th.

We have a house in the Clunisois in southern Burgundy and are coming over for Christmas. The fire means that we will have to get up at 3am to be at Folkestone in time for the crossing.
We were in France at the time of the fire and, fortunately, did not take them up on a ferry crossing and were able to take our original booking, only 25 minutes early.
