Following the success of the inaugural walk last month we've now planned the second walk.

There is a change to the original plan. Instead of starting at 9am and walking the whole of the way round Lac des Settons (14km) we're going to start at 2pm (a slightly more sociable time) and walk a loop that takes in part of the lake.

It is a shorter route with the option at one point of making it either 5.9km or 8.4km (we'll take a view from the group on the day when we reach that point). The route is fairly flat with a slight incline part way into the walk. The middle part is on a fairly muddy track so please consider your footwear. 

We start from the car park near to the Plage du Midi camp site. Follow the signs down towards the camp site from the road but don't turn left into the camp site, stay on the little road down towards the shore of the lake. There is a fair bit of parking and a couple of bars (I don't know if they will be open yet - they weren't when we walked the route on the 7th).
