Please note this is a change to the original programme following the recent poor weather and heavy rainfall. The walk "Au bout du Monde" has been postponed for safety reasons.
We will therefore be doing the walk at Théâtre des Bardiaux - Canal du Touron - Arleuf - approx 8-9 km
This Thursday's walk will therefore start from Theatre des Bardiaux, near Arleuf. To reach the site follow the signs from the roundabout at Arleuf "Site Gallo-Romain des Bardiaux". After a look at the theatre we will go for a trundle along the ancient Chemin Bibracte Alesia. When we researched last week it was extremely wet, with puddles like lakes and mud you could drown in, so PLEASE make sure you have suitable footwear. You might also consider bringing an inflatable dinghy and sub-aqua gear. We can only hope the weather will improve by the day of the walk.
