Hi there! My wife and I are intending to buy a 1 bedroom (T2) apartment in Beaune sometime before the end of the year. Outside the walls would probably be better as we would like a balcony. A garage as well would be excellent. Our budget is in the 70,000 to 85,000 Euro range and we are able to pay cash.
